Central Elementary is a “Box Tops School”
Help Central Elementary earn cash by clipping General Mills Box Tops from products and sending them to school! Each one is worth 10¢ and our school can use the cash for whatever it needs. Since joining the program back in 2000, we have earned over $5,000.00! Some of the things purchased with the money include a TV, books & shelving for our library. United Quality Co-op will be sponsoring a tailgate meal before this Friday's (Sept. 14) football game. A meal of brats, hot dogs, chips, and water will be served by the grandstand, starting at 6:15 p.m. The Co-op is generously donating all proceeds to THS.

Students in Mrs. Carkuff Health class recently toured City Hall to learn about how the city runs and ways they can get involved. This tour wrapped up their lesson on how being a part of a community affects their mental and social health.

The JH football team will travel to Trenton on September 6 for a game vs the Tigers. Kickoff is 5 p.m. This game was added this week to the season schedule.
