
Central Teacher costume winners!!!!


The THS Drama Club will perform "One Stoplight Town" on Sunday, November 12 @ 3:30 p.m. @ the Tioga Theater. Doors will open at 3 p.m. $3 adults, $2 students. Without a weekly town newspaper to advertise in, please help spread the word in our own "one stoplight town!"

There are parent-teacher conferences again tonight at both Tioga High School and Central from 4:00–7:00. The high school will mail all report cards that were not picked up during conferences tomorrow.


North Dakota's 188th Army Band was at Tioga High School today for a K-12 assembly. They are members of the North Dakota Army National Guard, and our Fargo-based band who does tours as part of their annual ‘Music in Our Schools’ tour. Here is a picture of K-12 with the 188th. It was a full house with great music and saw a lot of great dance moves...



The Tioga FFA made it to the national convention! Jeni Hanson has been here for a few days prepping to be in the national band. She will be preforming at all of the sessions which is aired on RFDtv and streamed at FFA.org



The last few weeks at Central grades 4-6 have been working on completing a golf unit. Students have practiced each aspect of the sport and are ending the unit with mini golf. While we have the course up, students from all grade levels are getting the chance to try it out. Thank you again to everyone who donated funds and equipment to make this all possible!

Getting in the Halloween spirit, the high school Foods and Nutrition class carved "pumpkins"

Congratulations to Cheyenne Hayes for being named District 16 Senior Athlete of the Year, Shaunessy Meyer as District 16 Coach of the Year and Tioga for recieving the Spirit Award!
The Pirates took 2nd at Districts and will be facing Parshall next Monday at Williston State College.

Central Parents the weather has changed and we still go outside for recess. Please make sure your child has a winter coat, snow pants, boots, gloves and hat. Also make sure they bring inside shoes to wear during the day instead of their winter boots. I will keep lost and found open until Thursday November 2nd after parent teacher conferences. If you do not have any winter gear please call school and ask for Mr. Schaffer. Thanks

Tioga Schools is having a two hour late start today (Friday, October 27th) due to poor road conditions.Due to late start, no breakfast will be served.

With the weather delay, Tioga will now be playing on Saturday. They will be playing 25 minutes after the first game which starts at 1pm. We will be playing the winner of Friday's Ray/Divide County matchup. Good Luck Lady Pirates!

Tioga Schools are closed today (Thursday, October 26th) due to dangerous road conditions.

The State Cross Country meet will be taking place this Saturday at Jamestown’s Parkhurst Campground/Pipestem Reservoir located at 8148 30th St SE, Jamestown, ND 58401.
The Girls will start at noon and the boys will follow at 12:45. Good luck this Saturday!

The District 16 Volleyball Tournament at Kenmare has been moved to Friday, Saturday and Monday. Once start times have been determined, we will announce them on the app.
