It was a successful day in Grand Forks for the XC team at the Border Battle today ! Some highlights : Anna Bishop set her all time personal best record in the 5k! Kysten Keever ran his season best time in the 5k! Dwayne Declaro ran his all time personal best time in the 5k. And Cooper Hayes ran his all time personal best in the 3k! These athletes competed with almost 90 other teams from ND, MN, SD and Canada!

XC had a great meet in Kenmare yesterday. Cash Schultz sucessfully qualified for state. The Firestorm had 3 top 10 runners. Avery was 5th and Anna was 7th in varsity girls. Cooper Hayes finished 4th in JV boys. This is the first year that there has been a qualifying time standard for state XC . So far this season Kysten, Nick, Cash, Cooper, Anna, and Avery have qualified for the state meet!

Removal of snow will need to take place on the school’s sidewalk along Benson Street, Third Street, Main Street and the back parking lot/alley way when snow accumulates to two (2) inches.
