Reminder that Junior High Football will start Monday, August 17th at 4pm. You will meet at the high school by the boys locker room door. Bring your own water bottle and bag to carry your football gear home. Bring a buddy with, strength is in numbers. Coach Lalim and Coach King....

Central Parents: with the new CDC guidelines we will not be having an open house this year. Also, during the school year we will not be allowing visitors into the building (they must stay in the office area). This would include the first day of school. So, what I would like to do is open Central up on Tuesday, August 18th so you and your child can bring their school supplies to their locker. I am asking that only parents/guardians, along with student/s who attend Central come into the building. Also, you may not go into classrooms, you may walk the hallways so your child can see the building (especially our K and new students). Feel free to take a picture by their locker, by their classroom door and outside the building. Enter through door #1 and also exit door #1. Please practice social distancing and masks are recommended. Here is the schedule, so I can limit the amount of people in the building. If your last name starts with A-G your time is 12pm-12:45pm, H-K your time is 12:45-1:30pm, L-M your time is 1:30-2:15pm, N-S your time is 2:15-3:00 and T-Y your time is 3:00-3:45pm. Reminder football practice tomorrow morning for grades 9-12. Practice starts at 8am (which means dressed and ready to go). Remember to bring your water bottle. Helmets, shoulder pads, and shorts. If you were not at meeting, you can still come out. See you tomorrow. Pirate Pride!!!

Junior High Volleyball Practice for grades 7 & 8 will begin Thursday, August 20th right after school at Central Elementary. Reminder to all athletes that you must have a physical prior to attending. All athletes should plan on bringing their own water bottles for use during practice.

The Tioga Restart Committee met this past week to discuss the Restart Plan. The committee, at this point, agrees with the Plan and are asking for feedback before the second meeting to be held the week of August 10. Please contact the school or committee members with questions or concerns. Volleyball Open Gym has come to an END for the summer. Thank you to all who participated these past couple months! Be on the lookout for a practice schedule, game schedule, etc as I receive more details. First day of practice is AUGUST 17. (Gr. 9-12) **Time will be announced shortly.** Hope to see you there.

Registration August 5th and 6th! 9-5 pm!! [[closed from 12-1]] Kindergarten Screening will be held on these days! Please call Steph at 701-664-3441 to book an appointment. All returning and new students(grades 1-6)must register. No appointment necessary. We will not know your child’s teacher until after registration. During registration we will have you fill out a survey choosing if you will distance learn or send your child to school. School supply list will be handed out and posted on these days!! Reminder, Registration at both Central Elem. and the Tioga High School is set for Wednesday and Thursday, August 5th and 6th from 9:00-5:00 (Closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00). Kindergarten screening will also take place these days. All returning and new students in grades 1-12 are asked to attend. No appointments are needed. For THS students in grades 9-12, if you check your PowerSchool, what is listed for courses is the best I (Mr. Odegaard) can do based off of your pre-registration requests and known graduation requirements. I am uploading a copy of the Master Schedule for you to use prior to coming to registration to complete your schedules. It may be a good idea to have a backup plan for what courses you would like to take as more restrictions will be placed on electives this year. We will sit down together to complete class schedules during registration. Also a note that decorating your lockers will not be allowed at the beginning of the year this year.
