Ethan Wonser is in for the Finals tomorrow at State Wrestling!

STEM DAY FOR GRADES 3-6 AT CENTRAL TODAY.

The Tioga FFA will be doing two tractor building events to help celebrate National FFA week and to help Tractor supply with their Grants for Growing program. We will be in Stanley at Tractor Supply on Feb 29 and at Ace in Tioga on March 7th

Boys Basketball Games tonight: NSP is still fighting illness. Tonight's games will be modified to not extend quarter limitations for players yet still get games in. The JV game will be shortened to likely only 2 quarters. The JV game will start at 6:00 with a full varsity game to follow. If more than 2 quarters are able to be played, we will and will run a little later. The Cheer Camp performances will be the younger group prior to the varsity game and the older group at halftime of the varsity game. 1st group should be at the school at 6:00 and the 2nd group 6:45 as the varsity game may start earlier. We apologize for the vagueness of scheduling tonight, but at this time we are uncertain how the day will unfold with the health of players. At the end of the season, rescheduling options are very limited. We appreciate tour understanding.

What a day for Pirate and Firestorm athletics! First the wrestlers qualify 9 for the state tourney, finish as the Runner-up in the team race and have an awesome day hosting the Region III wrestling tourney. Just now the Lady Pirates defeated Burke Co. 48-38 to qualify for the Region 8 tourney on Monday, Feb. 24th. First time since 2011! CONGRATULATIONS to all!

The high school girls basketball team delivered flowers to Dave at Central this afternoon! Thanks Dave for your dedication to traveling to all the games and taking pictures of the girls in action! You are greatly appreciated!

It's a busy weekend! The Lady Pirates GBB team will play Stanley tonight in the District 16 Tourney semifinals in Crosby. Game time will be around 7:30. Good Luck Pirates! Tomorrow, the Firestorm wrestling team will host the Region III Individual Wrestling Tourney. Come out for a great day of wrestling and support these kids as they work to qualify for the State tourney. Wrestling starts at 10:00. Good Luck Firestorm!
